Ek het 'n soettand so ek moet Parkruns doen, hike en gym om te boet vir my sondes. Ek het ook geleer om gesond te kook en agtergekom dat daar meer aan kook is as wat op die oog af mag voorkom, en dit is kreatief. Dis lekker om 'n beef burgendy, braai artappels, pork belly en creme brullee van die oorspronklike bestanddele af te maak en dit behoorlik reg te kry. En in die proses lekker te kuier ook.
Ek het onlangs die fliek Seabiscuit gekyk en dis treffend. Ek hou ook van October Sky. Ek verkies 80's en 90's pop musiek vir ontspanning. My dogter is 'n groot Swifty en dus is ek ook een. My seun skree vir Liverpool so ek skree ook "hoera!" as ek hoor hulle het gewen.
